Shipping Policy – CED & ROD
Origin of shipments
Our pieces are shipped from our boutique-atelier in Saint-Barthélemy and/or from our ateliers in Italy. All parcels are dispatched with tracking (DHL Express or equivalent premium service).
Processing times

Items in stock: 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order / couture pieces: production time is communicated at the moment of purchase; shipment follows once creation and quality control are completed.
Estimated transit times (excluding customs clearance)

France / European Union: 3–5 business days

USA / Canada: 3–5 business days

Caribbean: 3–5 business days

Rest of the world: 5–7 business days
Shipping fees
Rates are calculated at checkout according to destination, weight/volume, and insurance.
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend full insurance (selected by default on eligible shipments).
Secure delivery

Signature upon delivery is required for high-value orders.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or hotels without prior verification.

In case of absence, the courier may reschedule delivery or drop off at a secure pick-up point.
Duties & taxes (international orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): these costs remain the responsibility of the recipient. On request, we may offer a DDP (taxes prepaid) option for selected destinations.
Order tracking
A tracking number is provided as soon as the parcel is shipped. Any tracking anomalies must be reported within 48 hours to info@cedandrod.com.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please notify the courier before signing, take pictures (parcel + item + shipping label), and contact us within 48 hours. We will open a claim with the carrier; resolution (refund from the carrier or replacement shipment) depends on the outcome of their investigation.
Addresses & modifications
Please double-check your address at checkout. Changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees charged by the courier.
Refused or undeliverable parcels
Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address may be re-shipped subject to new shipping fees. As all sales are final, no refund of products or initial shipping fees will be granted.
Multiple or split shipments
For efficiency, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels (at no extra cost to you).
Peak seasons & force majeure
Unexpected delays beyond our control may occur (customs clearance, weather, seasonal congestion, logistics events).
